Agatherapy is for individuals who are at least 18 years old and are currently experiencing emotional pain.

Emotional pain is characterised by feelings of sadness, dysphoria, distress, guilt, worthlessness and hopelessness. Emotional pain may also cause people to have little interest or pleasure in life and in extreme cases even suicidal thoughts.

Emotional pain happens when that which we depend on and adore is taken away from us. This can be losing a spouse, parent, guardian, family member, close friend, health, finances, business, job or career.

We constantly seek to improve our therapy and enhance customer experience. To achieve this we collect feedback and comments from customers and conduct training for our staff. To be able to do that we ask our clients to take a brief survey before and after the intervention.

You can also know your emotional pain improvements upon submitting your surveys. In this way, you can as well track the effectiveness of the Agatherapy session on your emotional wellbeing.

The Agatherapy intervention involves two sessions: Introduction to Agatherapy and the Worship Protocol. After completing the pre-agatherapy survey you will receive your scores, a unique identification code (UIC) and the link to the introduction to the Agatherapy session.

The Introduction to Agatherapy session involves watching and listening to a video that takes approximately 45 minutes. You can watch the video as many times as you need to.

The Worship Protocol is also video-based and is scheduled to last up to 60 minutes. It involves listening, watching and interacting with the proceedings. You can also practice the Worship Protocol as many times as you need to.

After the Worship Protocol, you can then complete the post-agatherapy survey and see your final emotional well-being scores.
